Portable & Easy to Carry Design
Built with a sturdy top handle and anti-slip base, this fan is lightweight and easy to move. Perfect for temporary ventilation needs in confined spaces, tunnels, construction sites, workshops, and basements.
Powerful High-Efficiency Airflow
Equipped with a high-speed motor and optimized axial impeller, it delivers strong and stable airflow to quickly remove smoke, fumes, dust, moisture, and stale air, ensuring safe and breathable working conditions.
Durable & Safe Construction
Made with a heavy-duty metal housing and high-quality copper motor, this fan is built for continuous use in industrial environments. The front protective grille prevents accidental contact with blades, ensuring safe operation.
Stable & Low-Vibration Operation
The anti-slip rubber feet reduce vibration and keep the fan stable during use, even on uneven surfaces. The motor runs smoothly with low noise, suitable for both indoor and outdoor temporary ventilation.
Multi-Size Options & Wide Application
Available in 10/12/16 inch sizes to meet different airflow requirements. Ideal for confined space entry, welding fume extraction, construction ventilation, basement air exchange, and emergency smoke removal.
Easy Maintenance & Long Service Life
The simple structure allows easy access to the impeller for cleaning. The high-quality motor with thermal overload protection ensures long service life with minimal maintenance.
Inspection: Unpack the fan and inspect all components (motor, grille, blades, power cord, handle, and base) for any visible damage, loose parts, or defects.
Placement: Set the fan on a flat, stable, level surface. The base feet provide stability during operation. For portability, use the top handle to carry the fan.
Airflow Direction: Check the directional arrows on the fan body to confirm airflow direction. It can be used for both air intake (blowing fresh air in) and exhaust (pulling stale air out).
Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet that matches the fan’s rated voltage.
Start the Fan: Use the on/off switch (typically located on the motor housing or cord) to turn the fan on. Some models include variable speed settings.
Use with Ducting (Optional): Attach a flexible duct hose to the intake/exhaust end of the fan to direct airflow into or out of confined spaces (e.g., tanks, crawl spaces, workshops).
Shutdown: Turn the fan off using the switch, then unplug it from the outlet when not in use or before moving it.
General Safety
Never insert fingers, tools, or any objects through the safety grille while the fan is running. High-speed blades can cause serious injury.
Always unplug the fan before cleaning, inspecting, or performing maintenance.
Do not operate the fan if the power cord, plug, or switch is damaged. Keep the cord away from heat sources, oil, or sharp edges.
Usage Restrictions
This fan is designed for general ventilation use only. Do not use it in explosive or flammable environments unless it is an explosion-proof certified model.
Do not block the intake or exhaust openings. Blockage can cause overheating, motor failure, or fire hazards.
Do not use the fan in wet or damp locations unless the unit is specifically rated for such use. Keep the motor housing dry at all times.
Do not use the fan to blow hazardous, corrosive, or fine dust materials unless the fan is rated for such applications.
Environmental Safety
The fan produces strong airflow. Secure loose objects, materials, or clothing in the surrounding area to prevent them from being blown into the fan.
Do not leave the fan running unattended in public or unsupervised areas.
Regular Cleaning:
Unplug the fan and let the blades come to a complete stop.
Use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean dust and debris from the grille, blades, and motor housing. For stubborn buildup, use a slightly damp cloth (never immerse the motor in water).
Clean the intake and exhaust openings to ensure unobstructed airflow.
Preventative Maintenance:
Every 3–6 months, check and tighten all mounting screws, grille fasteners, and base bolts to prevent loosening from vibration.
Inspect the power cord and plug for wear, fraying, or damage.
The motor bearings are pre-lubricated and sealed; do not attempt to oil them unless specified in the manufacturer’s instructions.
