Powerful Air Exchange & Ventilation
Designed with a high-speed motor and optimized impeller, this exhaust fan delivers strong airflow to quickly remove cooking fumes, moisture, odors, smoke, and stale air, ensuring a fresh and comfortable indoor environment.
Durable Metal Construction
Built with a heavy-duty metal housing, corrosion-resistant metal blades, and reinforced safety grille, this fan is built for long-term use in humid, oily, or industrial environments, ensuring lasting performance.
Easy Wall/Window Installation
The square mounting frame with pre-drilled holes allows quick and secure installation in walls, windows, or ventilation openings, making it suitable for both new and existing spaces.
Safe & Low-Noise Operation
The full-coverage protective grille prevents accidental contact with moving blades, while the balanced motor and blades ensure smooth, low-noise operation without disturbing daily life or work.
Multi-Size Options & Wide Application
Available in 8/10/12 inch sizes to meet different ventilation needs, ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, garages, warehouses, workshops, and small commercial spaces.
Low Maintenance & Easy to Clean
The detachable grille design allows easy access to the blades for cleaning, helping you remove dust, grease, and debris to maintain optimal airflow efficiency.
Safety First: Disconnect the main power supply before beginning installation.
Mounting:
Choose a flat, rigid surface (wall, ceiling, or window opening) with sufficient structural support.
Position the fan and mark the mounting holes using the frame as a template.
Drill pilot holes and secure the fan to the surface using appropriate screws and wall anchors (not included). Ensure the unit is level and tightly fastened.
Wiring:
Connect the fan’s power wires to a properly grounded electrical circuit, following all local electrical codes.
If the fan does not have a built-in switch, install a separate on/off switch in an easily accessible location.
Check Airflow Direction: Verify the fan is mounted to blow air in the desired direction (outward for exhaust, or inward for intake).
Power On: Turn on the power at the wall switch or circuit breaker. The fan will start running at its fixed speed.
Operation Modes:
Exhaust Mode: The fan pulls stale, hot, or contaminated air out of the room.
Intake Mode (if reversible): Some models allow reversing the motor to draw fresh air into the space.
Power Off: Turn off the power at the switch when the fan is not in use.
Electrical Safety
Always disconnect power before installing, cleaning, or servicing the fan.
Ensure the power supply voltage matches the fan’s rated voltage. Do not use an incorrect power source.
The fan must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock.
Do not operate the fan if the power cord is damaged, frayed, or exposed.
Installation Safety
Install the fan in a location where it cannot be easily accessed by children or pets.
Do not install the fan in areas with flammable gases, vapors, or explosive dust.
Ensure the fan is mounted securely to prevent it from falling or vibrating loose during operation.
Usage Safety
Never insert fingers, tools, or other objects through the safety grille while the fan is running.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and debris away from the fan blades to prevent injury or damage.
Do not block the fan’s intake or exhaust openings, as this can cause overheating and motor failure.
If the fan emits unusual noise, smoke, or a burning smell, turn it off immediately and disconnect power.
Regular Cleaning:
Disconnect power and wait for the blades to stop completely.
Remove the safety grille (if detachable) and use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean dust and debris from the blades, grille, and motor housing.
For stubborn grime, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent. Never immerse the motor housing in water.
Preventative Maintenance:
Every 3–6 months, inspect and tighten all mounting screws and grille fasteners to prevent loosening from vibration.
Check the power cord for damage or wear.
The motor bearings are typically pre-lubricated and sealed; do not attempt to oil them unless specified in the manufacturer’s instructions.
