1. Instructions for Use

1.1 Assembly

1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials. Check that all parts (base frame, motor head, fan blades, safety grille, screws) are included and undamaged.

2. Attach Grille & Blades:

   • Screw the rear safety grille onto the motor shaft.

   • Slide the fan blade onto the shaft and secure it with the blade nut.

   • Fasten the front safety grille to the rear grille with the included clips or screws to lock it in place.

3. Secure the Motor: Attach the motor head to the U-shaped floor stand and tighten the angle-adjustment knob.

1.2 Operation

1. Placement: Set the fan on a flat, stable, dry surface to prevent tipping during operation.

2. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet.

3. Speed Control: Use the control switch (usually located on the motor housing) to select your desired speed (typically Low/Medium/High).

4. Adjustment: Tilt the fan head up or down to direct airflow as needed. Some models feature an oscillation function to circulate air across a wider area.

5. Shutdown: Turn the speed control to the "Off" position, then unplug the fan when not in use.

2. Important Safety & Usage Precautions

• General Safety

  • Never insert fingers, pencils, or any objects through the safety grille while the fan is running. The rotating blades can cause serious injury.

  • Unplug the fan before cleaning, assembling, disassembling, or moving it.

  • Do not operate the fan if the power cord or plug is damaged, if the unit has been dropped, or if the motor housing is wet. Contact customer service immediately.

• Usage Restrictions

  • This fan is designed for dry, indoor or semi-outdoor use only. Do not use it in bathrooms, kitchens, or other high-moisture areas, and do not expose it to rain or water.

  • Do not block the air intake or exhaust grilles during operation, as this will cause overheating and motor damage.

  • Do not use the fan near open flames, heat sources, or flammable materials.

• Environmental Considerations

  • Keep the fan at least 1 meter away from walls, curtains, furniture, or other objects that could obstruct airflow.

  • Do not use the fan in extremely dusty environments, as excessive dust buildup can damage the motor over time.

3. Cleaning, Maintenance & Repair

3.1 Regular Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Grille and Blades:

   • Unplug the fan and let it cool completely.

   • Remove the front grille and fan blade according to the assembly instructions.

   • Wipe the grille and blades with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dust, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

   • Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling the fan.

2. Motor Housing & Stand:

   • Wipe the exterior of the motor housing and stand with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor housing in water, as this will cause electrical damage.

   • Periodically check and tighten all screws, bolts, and knobs to prevent loosening from vibration.

3. Storage:

   • If storing the fan for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
