This compact electric grinder features a stainless steel grinding bowl, sharp blades, and a powerful motor. It is designed to grind coffee beans, spices, herbs, nuts, and grains into fine powder quickly and efficiently.
Unpack and Clean: Remove all packaging. Wash the grinding bowl, lid, and blades with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before use. Wipe the motor base with a dry cloth.
Assemble the Grinder: Ensure the grinding bowl is securely locked onto the motor base. The unit will not operate if the bowl is not properly aligned (safety lock feature).
Add Ingredients: Place dry ingredients (coffee beans, spices, etc.) into the bowl. Do not overfill the bowl; do not exceed the “MAX” fill line (typically 2/3 full).
Place the Lid: Cover the bowl with the clear plastic lid securely.
Plug In: Connect the power cord to a suitable outlet.
Start Grinding: Press and hold the power button. The grinder will start. Release the button to stop the grinding process.
For coarse grinds: Grind in short bursts (1-2 seconds at a time).
For fine grinds: Grind in short, repeated bursts (do not run continuously for more than 30 seconds to avoid overheating the motor).
Check Consistency: Open the lid and check the grind size. Repeat the process until you reach your desired texture.
After Use: Unplug the grinder, remove the bowl, and empty the ground contents.
Electrical Safety:
Do not immerse the motor base in water or any liquid. Wipe it with a damp cloth only.
Always unplug the grinder before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, or if it malfunctions.
Do not use the grinder if the power cord is damaged, or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged.
Operational Safety:
Never put fingers, utensils, or foreign objects into the grinding bowl while the grinder is running or plugged in.
Do not run the grinder continuously for more than 30 seconds. Let it rest for at least 1 minute between grinding cycles to prevent overheating.
This grinder is for dry ingredients only. Do not use it to grind wet foods, oil-rich ingredients (e.g., large amounts of nuts), or hard materials (e.g., bones, ice, rock salt) that can damage the blades or motor.
Do not leave the grinder unattended while it is running.
Personal Safety:
The blades are very sharp. Handle them carefully during cleaning and assembly.
Keep the grinder out of reach of children. Do not allow children to operate it unsupervised.
Disassemble: Unplug the grinder and remove the bowl, lid, and blades.
Wash Removable Parts: Rinse the bowl, lid, and blades under warm running water. Use a soft brush to remove ground residue.
Clean the Motor Base: Wipe the base with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Dry: Dry all parts thoroughly with a towel before reassembling or storing.
Note: Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher, as this can damage the stainless steel and plastic components.
Store the grinder in a cool, dry place.
Keep all parts together to avoid losing small components. Do not wrap the power cord too tightly around the base.
