1. Usage Instructions

1. Preparation Before First Use

   • Unpack the grinder and remove all packaging materials.

   • Wash the transparent lid and grinding chamber with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

   • Wipe the motor housing with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.

2. Loading the Ingredients

   • Open the transparent lid.

   • Add dry ingredients (coffee beans, spices, nuts, grains, etc.) into the grinding chamber. Do not overfill – do not exceed the maximum fill line, as this can strain the motor and produce uneven results.

3. Grinding Process

   • Place the lid securely on the grinder. The safety interlock requires the lid to be properly closed for the grinder to operate.

   • Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

   • To start grinding, press and hold the central button on the lid. Release the button to stop.

   • For best results, grind in short bursts (5-10 seconds each) instead of continuous operation. This prevents overheating and ensures a more uniform grind. Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds at a time.

4. After Use

   • Release the button and wait for the blades to come to a complete stop before removing the lid.

   • Unplug the grinder.

   • Empty the ground contents into a clean, dry container.

2. Important Safety & Usage Precautions

• Safety First

  • Always unplug the grinder before cleaning, assembling, or disassembling parts.

  • The blades are extremely sharp. Handle them with extreme care, and never touch them with bare hands.

  • Do not use the grinder for anything other than grinding dry food items. Do not use it to grind liquids, wet ingredients, or hard, non-food items.

  • Do not operate the grinder if the power cord is damaged, if the unit has been dropped, or if it has been submerged in water. Contact customer support for inspection or repair.

• Usage Limits

  • Do not overload the grinding chamber. Overloading can cause the motor to overheat and fail.

  • Do not run the grinder continuously for more than 30 seconds. Allow it to cool down for at least 1 minute between each use to protect the motor.

  • This appliance is designed for household use only. Do not use it for commercial purposes.

• Prohibited Operations

  • Do not attempt to bypass the safety lock mechanism on the lid.

  • Do not place the motor housing in water or any other liquid.

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the grinder, as they can scratch the surfaces.

   • Remove the lid and empty any remaining grounds.

   • Wipe the grinding chamber and lid with a dry or slightly damp cloth. For stubborn residue, use a small, dry brush (like a pastry brush) to sweep away particles.

   • Wipe the exterior of the motor housing with a soft, dry cloth.

2. Deep Cleaning (Weekly or as needed)

   • Wash the lid and grinding chamber with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.

   • Note: These parts are usually not dishwasher safe unless specified by the manufacturer. Hand-washing is recommended.

   • For removing built-up oils, you can run a small amount of uncooked white rice through the grinder (grind for 10-15 seconds) and then discard the rice. Wipe the chamber clean afterward.

3. Blade Care

   • Over time, the blades may become dull. If you notice uneven grinding or the motor struggling, it may be time to replace the blades (if replaceable) or contact the manufacturer for service.
