4. Wide Application Scenarios

I.1. Pre-Use Preparation

Place the heater on a flat, solid, non-flammable floor, lock the rolling casters to prevent sliding. Maintain a minimum 1m clearance from walls, curtains, furniture and all combustible materials.
Connect the LPG gas cylinder to the heater’s gas inlet with a certified pressure regulator and gas hose. Tighten all connecting joints firmly.
Gas leak test: Brush diluted soapy water on all gas connections. If bubbles appear, close the gas cylinder valve immediately and re-tighten fittings. Never use open flame to check gas leakage.
Ensure the room has proper natural ventilation for oxygen supply during combustion.

2. Ignition & Heating Operation

Slowly open the valve of the gas cylinder.
Press and hold the red safety control button fully down, rotate the main adjustment knob to the ignition position. Keep holding the red button for 10–30 seconds to activate the flame failure thermocouple.
After the burner ignites steadily, release the red button, then adjust the knob to Low / Medium / High heat output as needed.
If ignition fails, turn all knobs to OFF, wait 5 minutes to discharge residual gas, then repeat the ignition steps.
Adjust the heat gear to control indoor temperature according to actual heating demand.

3. Shutdown Steps

Rotate the main control knob to the OFF position to cut off gas supply to the burner.
Fully close the valve of the LPG gas cylinder.
Leave the heater to cool completely before moving, cleaning or storage.

II. Safety Precautions

Gas & Fire Hazards Prevention

This heater consumes oxygen while working. Forbid use in fully sealed bedrooms, bathrooms, caravans, tents and airtight small rooms, to avoid oxygen depletion and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Do not cover the top air vents, front burner grille or any part of the heater with clothes, blankets, plastic or other flammable items.
The front grille and burner reach extremely high temperatures during operation. Keep children and pets far away to prevent scald burns.
If you smell gas leakage, shut down the gas cylinder valve at once, open all windows for ventilation, do not touch any electrical switches, and contact professional gas maintenance staff immediately.
Do not store spare gas cylinders beside the running heater.

Operation Safety Rules

Do not move the heater when it is lit or still hot. Keep casters locked during the whole heating process.
Never use this heater as a clothes dryer or towel warmer.
Do not spray paint, hair spray, insecticide or other flammable aerosols near the working heater.
Equipped with flame failure protection: If the flame is blown out accidentally, the device will automatically cut off gas supply. When this happens, turn off the heater, wait 5 minutes to exhaust residual gas before re-ignition.
Stop using the heater immediately if the gas hose, regulator or metal casing is cracked, aged or damaged.

Environment & Fuel Restrictions

Only applicable for LPG / Butane / Propane gas. Do not connect to natural gas pipeline without professional modification.
Do not use outdoors on rainy, windy days. Moisture will corrode internal components and cause gas leakage risks.

III. Maintenance & Repair Guidelines

Regular Daily Cleaning

Always turn off the heater, close the gas cylinder valve, and wait for full cooling before any cleaning work.
Wipe the outer metal shell with a soft dry cloth; slightly damp cloth can be used for stubborn stains (no corrosive detergent).
Clean top air intake slits and front safety grille with a soft brush or low-power vacuum cleaner every month. Blocked vents will cause incomplete combustion and carbon monoxide hazards.
