1. Usage Instructions
Step 1: Placement & Gas Connection
1. Put the heater on a flat, level, hard non-flammable floor. Lock the universal rolling casters to prevent sliding.
2. Ensure the room has stable ventilation. Keep at least 1m clearance from curtains, furniture, walls and all flammable items.
3. Connect a standard LPG/butane gas cylinder to the heater’s gas inlet with a certified pressure regulator and gas hose. Check all joints for tightness.
4. Leak test: Brush soapy water on all gas connections. If bubbles appear, close the gas valve immediately and re-seal the fitting. Never use an open flame to check leaks.
Step 2: Ignition & Operation
1. Open the gas cylinder valve slowly.
2. Press and hold the safety control knob (the red button) fully down, then twist the main switch to the ignition position. Keep holding the red button for 10–30 seconds to activate the flame failure protection thermocouple.
3. Once the burner ignites, release the red button and adjust the switch to low / medium / high heat mode as needed.
4. If ignition fails, turn all knobs to OFF, wait 5 minutes to let residual gas disperse, then repeat the ignition steps.
5. Adjust the heat output knob to control room temperature.
Step 3: Shut Down
1. Turn the main control knob to the OFF position.
2. Close the valve of the gas cylinder completely.
3. Let the heater cool down fully before moving, cleaning or storage.
2. Safety Precautions
Gas & Fire Safety
• This heater consumes oxygen during operation. Do NOT use in fully sealed, small, unventilated rooms, bathrooms, caravans or sleeping bedrooms to avoid suffocation and carbon monoxide poisoning.
• Do not cover the heater, air intake vents or front burner grille with clothes, blankets or any other objects.
• Keep children and pets away from the hot burner surface; the front grille gets extremely hot during use.
• Do not store spare gas cylinders near the running heater.
• If you smell gas, shut off the gas supply, open all windows for ventilation, do not touch any electrical switches, and contact gas service personnel immediately.
Operational Safety
• Do not move the heater while it is lit or still hot. Lock all casters during use.
• Never use the heater as a clothes dryer.
• Do not spray aerosols, paint, or flammable sprays near the operating heater.
• Flame failure protection will automatically cut off gas supply if the flame goes out accidentally. If this triggers, turn off the heater and wait 5 minutes before re-igniting.
• Do not operate the heater when the gas hose, regulator or casing is damaged.
Environmental Safety
• Only use specified liquefied petroleum gas (LPG / butane / propane). Do not use natural gas without dedicated modification.
• Do not install or use this heater outdoors in rainy, windy conditions. Moisture will damage internal components and cause gas leakage risks.
3. Maintenance & Repair Guidelines
Daily & Regular Cleaning
1. Always turn off the heater, close the gas cylinder valve, and wait until the unit is completely cool before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outer metal casing with a soft dry cloth. For light stains, use a slightly damp cloth without corrosive detergent.
3. Clean the air intake slits and front metal grille with a soft brush or low-power vacuum to remove dust, lint and debris monthly. Blocked vents lead to incomplete combustion and carbon monoxide risks.
4. Check the gas hose and regulator every 3 months for cracks, aging or hardening; replace aging hoses immediately.
Descaling & Burner Maintenance
• If the flame turns yellow, smoky or unstable: Turn off the gas supply, cool the unit, then gently clear burner holes of dust and carbon deposits with a soft brush. Do not use sharp metal tools that scratch the burner.
