Powerful High-Efficiency Ventilation
Designed with a high-speed motor and optimized axial flow structure, this fan delivers strong and stable airflow to quickly remove smoke, cooking fumes, moisture, odors, and stale air. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, garages, warehouses, workshops, and industrial facilities.
Durable & Corrosion-Resistant Blades
Equipped with robust, high-temperature resistant fan blades (available in metal or reinforced plastic options), ensuring long-lasting performance even in humid, oily, or high-temperature environments.
Reliable Low-Noise Copper Motor
Built with a high-quality pure copper motor, the fan runs smoothly with low noise, providing powerful ventilation without disturbing daily work or life. The motor features thermal protection for enhanced safety and extended service life.
Sturdy Construction & Easy Installation
The circular metal frame with pre-drilled mounting holes allows quick and secure wall or duct installation. The full-coverage protective metal grille prevents accidental contact with moving blades, ensuring safe operation in any setting.
Wide Application & Multi-Size Options
Available in 10/12/14/16 inch sizes to meet different airflow and space requirements. Suitable for both residential ventilation and light-to-medium industrial use.
Low Maintenance & Easy to Clean
The detachable grille design allows easy access to the blades for cleaning. Regular wiping with a damp cloth keeps the fan free of dust and grease, maintaining optimal airflow efficiency.
Safety First: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker before starting installation.
Mounting:
Choose a suitable location (wall, ceiling, or duct opening) with a sturdy surface capable of supporting the fan’s weight and vibration.
Align the fan’s mounting holes with the pre-drilled holes, then secure it with the provided screws and washers.
If using with ductwork, connect the ducts to the intake/exhaust ends of the fan using clamps or adapters for a secure fit.
Wiring:
Connect the fan’s power wires to a properly grounded electrical circuit, following all local electrical codes.
Install a dedicated on/off switch for safe and easy operation.
Test Run: Restore power briefly to confirm the fan operates smoothly and airflow direction is correct (intake or exhaust).
Power On: Turn on the dedicated switch to start the fan. The unit will run at its rated speed to circulate or exhaust air.
Airflow Adjustment: If your model has adjustable speed settings, use the control to select the desired airflow volume.
Shutdown: Turn off the power at the switch when the fan is not in use, or before performing maintenance/cleaning.
Electrical Safety
Always disconnect power before installing, cleaning, or servicing the fan.
Ensure the power supply voltage matches the fan’s rated voltage. Do not use an incompatible power source.
The fan must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock hazards.
Do not operate the fan if the power cord is damaged, frayed, or exposed.
Installation Safety
The fan must be securely mounted to prevent loosening or falling due to vibration.
Do not install the fan in environments with flammable gases, vapors, or explosive dust unless the fan is specifically rated for such hazardous locations.
Ensure at least 30cm of clearance around the intake and exhaust openings to avoid airflow blockage.
Usage Safety
Never insert fingers, tools, or other objects through the safety grille while the fan is running.
Do not block the fan’s intake or exhaust openings, as this can cause overheating, motor damage, or fire hazards.
If the fan emits unusual noise, smoke, or a burning smell, turn it off immediately and disconnect power.
Do not use the fan to blow flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials unless the fan is rated for such use.
Regular Cleaning:
Disconnect power and wait for the blades to stop completely.
Use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove dust and debris from the grille, blades, and motor housing.
For stubborn grime, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent. Never immerse the motor housing in water.
Preventative Maintenance:
Every 3–6 months, inspect and tighten all mounting screws and grille fasteners to prevent loosening from vibration.
Check the power cord for signs of wear, fraying, or damage.
The motor bearings are typically pre-lubricated and sealed; do not attempt to oil them unless specified in the manufacturer’s instructions.
Inspect the fan for signs of corrosion, especially if used in humid or high-moisture environments
