Efficient Ventilation for Various Spaces
Designed with high-speed motor and optimized air duct, this exhaust fan quickly removes smoke, odors, moisture, and stale air, ideal for kitchen, bathroom, garage, warehouse, and small workshops.
Durable Stainless Steel Blades
Equipped with corrosion-resistant stainless steel fan blades, which are rust-proof, high-temperature resistant, and ensure long-lasting performance even in humid or oily environments.
Reliable & Low-Noise Motor
Built with a high-quality copper motor, the fan runs stably with low noise, delivers strong airflow without disturbing your daily life, and ensures long service life with minimal maintenance.
Heavy-Duty & Easy Installation
Square mounting frame with pre-drilled holes allows quick wall/ceiling installation. The protective metal grille prevents accidental contact with moving blades, ensuring safe operation.
Wide Compatibility & Multi-Size Options
Available in 10/12/14/16 inch sizes to fit different ventilation needs, suitable for both residential and light commercial use.
Sturdy & Easy to Clean
The detachable grille design makes daily cleaning simple, just wipe the blades and grille with a damp cloth to keep the fan running efficiently.
Safety First: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker before starting installation.
Cut the Opening: Create a suitable opening in the wall or window matching the fan’s dimensions.
Mount the Fan:
Place the fan into the opening, ensuring it fits securely.
Use the mounting holes on the square frame to screw the fan firmly to the wall or window surface.
Wiring:
Connect the fan’s power wires to a properly grounded electrical circuit, following local electrical codes.
Install a dedicated on/off switch (if not built-in) for easy operation.
Test Run: Restore power to confirm the fan operates smoothly and exhausts air in the correct direction.
Power On: Turn on the dedicated switch to start the fan. The unit will begin exhausting air out of the room.
Adjust Operation: If the fan has speed settings, select the desired speed (Low/High) based on your ventilation needs.
Shutdown: Turn off the power at the switch when the fan is not in use, or before cleaning/maintenance.
Electrical Safety
Always disconnect power before installing, cleaning, or servicing the fan.
Ensure the power supply voltage matches the fan’s rated voltage.
The fan must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock hazards.
Do not operate the fan if the power cord is damaged, frayed, or exposed.
Installation Safety
The fan must be securely mounted to prevent loosening or falling due to vibration.
Ensure there is no blockage on both the intake (indoor) and exhaust (outdoor) sides of the fan.
If installed in a kitchen, avoid positioning the fan directly above high-heat cooking surfaces to prevent grease buildup or fire risks.
Usage Safety
Never insert fingers, tools, or other objects through the safety grille while the fan is running.
Do not use the fan to exhaust flammable, corrosive, or explosive gases unless it is rated for hazardous environments.
If the fan emits unusual noise, smoke, or a burning smell, turn it off immediately and disconnect power.
Regular Cleaning:
Disconnect power and wait for the blades to stop completely.
Use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean dust, grease, and debris from the grille, blades, and frame.
For stubborn grease buildup (e.g., kitchen use), use a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent. Never immerse the motor housing in water.
Preventative Maintenance:
Every 3–6 months, inspect and tighten all mounting screws and grille fasteners to prevent loosening from vibration.
Check the power cord for signs of wear, fraying, or damage.
The motor bearings are pre-lubricated and sealed; do not attempt to oil them unless specified in the manufacturer’s instructions.
