Place the mixer base on a flat, stable surface.
Choose the appropriate attachments for your task:
Beaters: For whipping cream, beating eggs, mixing cake batter, or light mixtures.
Dough hooks: For kneading bread, pizza, or heavy dough.
Insert the beaters/hooks into the drive sockets on the mixer head, pushing until they click and lock securely.
Attach the mixing bowl to the rotating base, aligning it properly so it locks into position.
Lower the mixer head onto the stand until it clicks and locks into place.
Place your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Do not overfill (follow the maximum fill line inside the bowl).
For thick mixtures (like dough), start with low speed to avoid straining the motor.
Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet.
Select your desired speed using the control switch (typically 5–7 speed settings, plus a turbo/pulse function). Start on low speed to prevent splattering, then increase speed as needed.
The bowl will rotate automatically to ensure even blending.
For quick bursts of high power (e.g., breaking up thick batter), use the pulse/turbo function (hold the button down briefly).
When finished, turn the speed control to the "OFF" position and unplug the mixer.
Unlock the mixer head and lift it up.
Press the release button (if available) to remove the beaters/hooks from the mixer head.
Lift the mixing bowl off the rotating base.
Do not use the mixer if the power cord, plug, or unit is damaged, or if the mixer has been dropped or malfunctioned.
Always unplug the mixer before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, or when not in use.
Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces, sharp edges, and water. Do not let the cord hang over counter edges where it can be pulled.
Do not use the mixer outdoors or in damp environments.
Never insert fingers, utensils, or objects into the mixing bowl while the mixer is running. Only use a spatula when the unit is unplugged and beaters have stopped.
Do not run the mixer continuously for more than 3–5 minutes at a time (especially with heavy dough), as this can overheat the motor. Allow 5–10 minutes of cooling between batches.
Do not use the mixer for anything other than mixing food ingredients. Do not mix non-food items.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and jewelry away from moving parts (beaters, rotating bowl) to prevent entanglement.
Use only the attachments and bowl provided with the mixer. Do not use incompatible third-party parts.
Do not use the bowl in the microwave, oven, or stovetop, as it may melt or crack.
Ensure beaters/hooks are fully locked in place before turning on the mixer to prevent them from flying out during operation.
Cleaning Attachments & Bowl
Unplug the mixer and remove all attachments and the bowl.
Wash beaters, dough hooks, and the mixing bowl in warm, soapy water immediately after use. They are often dishwasher-safe (top rack only), but hand-washing is recommended to prolong their life.
Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
Cleaning the Mixer Base & Head
Wipe the mixer head, stand, and base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit or base in water, as this will damage electrical components.
If food residue is stuck, use a soft brush to gently scrub the attachment sockets and rotating bowl base.
Storage
Store the mixer in a cool, dry place. Keep attachments together with the unit to avoid losing them.
Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the mixer, as this can damage the wiring over time.
