Prep the Appliance
Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to 0 (OFF). Insert the beaters/dough hooks into the slots until they click firmly into place.
Prepare Ingredients
Place ingredients into a deep, wide mixing bowl to prevent splattering.
Power & Start Mixing
Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet. Submerge the beaters fully into the ingredients, then slowly select your desired speed (start at the lowest setting, then increase gradually).
Mixing Process
Move the mixer gently back and forth or around the bowl for even blending. Do not lift the beaters out of the mixture while the mixer is running.
Finish & Clean Up
When done, turn the speed control back to 0 (OFF), then unplug the mixer. To remove the beaters, press the eject button (if equipped) while holding the mixer over the sink or trash bin.
Water & Electricity: Never immerse the motor body, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids. Unplug immediately if the appliance gets wet.
Electrical Safety: Always unplug the mixer before attaching/removing beaters, cleaning, or when not in use. Do not use the mixer if the cord or plug is damaged.
Overheating: Do not run the mixer continuously for more than 3-5 minutes (depending on model). Allow the motor to cool down for 10-15 minutes between heavy mixing tasks (e.g., kneading dough).
Personal Safety: Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from moving beaters. Do not touch the beaters while the mixer is running.
Ingredient Limits: Do not mix overly thick or heavy ingredients (e.g., dense bread dough) that may strain the motor beyond its capacity.
Environment: Keep the mixer away from hot surfaces (stoves, ovens) and direct heat sources. Do not use outdoors.
Cleaning Accessories: Wash beaters, dough hooks, and whisks in warm, soapy water immediately after use. Rinse and dry thoroughly. These parts are usually dishwasher-safe (top rack), but hand-washing is recommended for longevity.
Cleaning the Motor Body: Wipe the motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
Storage: Store the mixer and accessories in a cool, dry place. Avoid wrapping the power cord too tightly around the unit, as this can damage the wiring over time.
Common Issues:
No Power: Check the power cord, plug, and electrical outlet. Ensure the speed control is set correctly.
Beaters Won’t Spin: Unplug the mixer, then check if the beaters are properly inserted. If they still won’t turn, the motor may be overheated – let it cool down fully before using again.
Unusual Noise/Vibration: Stop using immediately. Check for bent beaters, foreign objects in the mixing area, or loose components.
Repair Policy:
Do NOT attempt to disassemble or repair the motor unit yourself. This will void the warranty and pose electrical safety risks.
If the appliance malfunctions, contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center for professional repair.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
