Preparing the Unit
Unplug the motor unit before assembling. Attach the blade assembly to the center post inside the bowl, making sure it locks securely.
Add ingredients to the bowl. Cut large foods into small, even pieces first for best results. Do not overfill the bowl (follow the maximum fill line).
Assembling & Operating
Place the motor unit onto the bowl, aligning the locking tabs. Twist to lock it into place.
Plug the unit into a power outlet.
Press and hold the power button to start chopping. Release the button to stop.
For best results, use short, pulse bursts rather than continuous running. This prevents over-processing and gives you more control over the texture.
After Use
Unplug the unit immediately. Remove the motor unit, then carefully take out the blade (it is very sharp).
Empty the chopped food from the bowl.
Electrical Safety
Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth only.
Unplug the chopper before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, or if it malfunctions.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord, plug, or motor unit is damaged.
Blade Safety
The cutting blades are extremely sharp. Handle them with care, especially when cleaning.
Never touch the blades while the unit is plugged in or running.
Keep fingers, utensils, and other objects out of the bowl during operation to avoid injury or damage.
Usage Limitations
This appliance is designed for chopping soft to medium foods (vegetables, fruits, nuts, cooked meat). Do not use it for extremely hard foods (ice, bones, coffee beans) as this can damage the blades or motor.
Do not run the chopper continuously for more than 30 seconds at a time. Allow it to cool down between uses to prevent overheating.
Do not use the bowl or blades in the microwave or oven.
Cleaning After Each Use
Unplug the unit and disassemble all parts.
Wash the bowl, lid, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Use caution when handling the blade.
Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing.
Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Never submerge it in water.
Storage
Store the chopper in a cool, dry place. Keep the blade in a safe location out of reach of children.
You can store the blade inside the bowl with the motor unit on top for convenience.
