Premium Smooth Black Tempered Glass Panel, Heat-Resistant & Effortless Cleaning
The whole cooking panel is crafted with thick high-temperature resistant black tempered glass, featuring smooth matte surface that resists oil stains, scratches and long-term cooking high heat. Spilled soup, grease and food residues can be wiped off instantly with a damp cloth for daily maintenance. Ultra-simple flat panel minimalist design seamlessly matches modern, light luxury, European and all mainstream kitchen cabinet styles.
Dual Identical High-Power Brass Wok Burners, Synchronous Efficient Cooking
Comes with two symmetrical large wok burners fitted with durable golden brass burner caps that prevent rust and uniform flame output. Both burners generate concentrated strong firepower, perfectly suited for fast stir-frying, boiling, deep frying, slow stewing and simmering. You can prepare two different dishes at the same time to greatly shorten meal preparation time, adapting to Asian, Western and all household cooking habits.
Two Independent Metal Rotary Control Knobs, Stepless Precise Flame Regulation
Two separated sleek metal control knobs are arranged below the burners, each knob independently controls one burner. Stepless flame adjustment covers full range from intense high heat for quick frying down to tiny gentle simmer flame for warming food and delicate cooking. Smooth rotary operation brings intuitive, comfortable control experience for cooking novices and experienced chefs alike.
Full Flame Failure Safety Protection on Both Burners, Prevent Gas Leakage
Every burner is fitted with sensitive flameout induction sensor. Once soup overflow, wind or other factors accidentally extinguish the flame, the safety system will automatically cut off gas supply within seconds to stop gas leakage, avoiding gas poisoning and explosion risks, fully protecting family cooking safety. Interchangeable gas nozzles support both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for different regional markets.
Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Four-Claw Pot Supports, Anti-Slip & High Temperature Resistant
Each burner is matched with thickened matte cast iron four-claw pot rack, solid stable structure firmly holds all sizes of woks, frying pans, milk pots and stock pots without sliding during high-heat cooking. The cast iron bracket won’t deform, rust or crack under long-term repeated high-temperature cooking, extending the service life of the whole cooktop.
Dual Installation Mode: Built-in Embedded & Countertop Desktop Placement
Flexible dual-purpose design supports two installation solutions: recessed embedding inside kitchen cabinet or free standing on kitchen countertop. Slim flat body saves valuable counter space, widely applicable to family houses, small apartments, rental kitchens and mini catering back kitchens.
This is a built-in gas cooktop. Cut the countertop opening strictly according to the product installation size. Keep a minimum 15cm gap between the hob and side cabinet walls, and maintain a vertical clearance of at least 60cm between the hob and the range hood above.
Connect the gas inlet to your gas supply with a certified gas hose and matched pressure regulator. Tighten all connecting joints completely.
Gas leakage test: Brush diluted soapy water over all pipe joints and connectors. If bubbles emerge, close the main gas valve at once and re-seal the fittings. Never use an open flame to detect gas leaks.
Confirm the hob is matched with your gas type (Natural Gas / LPG). Do not use mismatched gas without professional nozzle replacement.
Install the cast iron pan supports, enamel burner caps and burner heads in correct position before ignition. Make sure all components are placed flat and stable.
Open the main gas supply valve.
Choose the control knob for the burner you want to use: Press the knob all the way down, rotate it counterclockwise to the maximum flame position and hold for 3–5 seconds. The built-in pulse igniter will spark to light the burner.
After ignition, keep holding the knob for another 3–10 seconds to activate the flame failure thermocouple. Release the knob slowly only when the flame burns steadily.
Adjust the knob clockwise or counterclockwise to switch between high flame, medium flame and low simmer flame:
High flame: For fast boiling, stir-frying and deep-frying;
Low flame: For simmering soups, heating milk and slow cooking.
Place flat-bottom cookware firmly on the cast iron pan support. Ensure the pot bottom fully covers the burner for maximum heating efficiency.
Shutdown operation: Rotate the control knob fully clockwise back to the OFF position to cut off gas supply to the burner. Close the main gas valve after all cooking work is finished.
Turn all knobs to OFF and close the main gas valve.
Wait for the tempered glass panel, burners and pan supports to cool down completely before cleaning.
Wipe up spilled food and oil stains on the panel in time to avoid burnt permanent marks.
If you smell gas leakage at any time: Immediately shut off the main gas valve, open all doors and windows for ventilation, do not touch any electrical switches (lights, range hood, sockets), and contact professional gas maintenance staff immediately.
Do not place flammable items (towels, plastic bottles, paper, edible oil cans) on or beside the cooktop. Keep curtains and wooden cabinets far away from the flame range.
Do not spray aerosol paint, insecticide or hair spray near the burning hob; flammable mist may trigger flash fire.
Never leave the hob unattended while lit, especially when frying with oil to prevent oil overflow and fire risks. Keep children and pets away from the high-temperature surface.
Only use flat, stable cookware. Do not use deformed, thin-bottomed or unbalanced pots and pans.
Do not block the air intake gaps around burners. Insufficient air intake will cause incomplete combustion, yellow smoky flame and carbon monoxide hazards.
If the flame is blown out accidentally by wind, the flame failure protection device will automatically cut off gas supply. Turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes to exhaust residual gas before re-igniting.
Do not pour cold water directly onto the hot tempered glass panel; drastic temperature difference may crack the glass surface.
Do not lean heavy objects on the control knobs or apply strong pressure on the glass panel to avoid breakage.
The pulse ignition system runs on battery or AC power. Do not touch the ignition electrode with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
Do not install the hob outdoors or in damp spaces (bathrooms, open rainy balconies). Moisture will corrode internal gas valves and ignition parts.
This hob is designed for indoor cooking only; never use it for room heating or drying clothes.
Wipe the tempered glass surface with a soft damp cloth and mild neutral detergent. For stubborn burnt oil stains, use special glass cooktop cleaner. Do not use abrasive steel wool or corrosive bleach, which will scratch the glass.
Remove pan supports, burner caps and burner heads, wash them with warm soapy water to clear oil and food residue, then fully dry before reinstallation. Clogged burner holes cause uneven flame and waste gas.
Clean the ignition electrode and thermocouple with a dry soft brush to remove grease; dirty electrodes will lead to ignition failure.
Wipe control knobs with a slightly damp cloth. Prevent liquid from seeping into the knob base to damage internal gas valves.
