Unpack and take out all accessories: non-stick inner pot, steaming rack, rice spoon, measuring cup.
Clean the inner pot, silicone sealing ring, steam rack and lid with warm soapy water, rinse and fully air-dry.
Wipe the heating plate inside the main unit with a dry soft cloth. Never soak the main body in water.
Place the cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant countertop. Reserve at least 10 cm of empty space around the cooker for heat dissipation.
Put ingredients and matching water/liquid into the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX liquid line:
Solid food (rice, meat): Max 2/3 of pot volume;
Porridge, soup, expandable food (beans, lentils): Max 1/2 of pot volume to avoid overflow and valve blockage.
Wipe the outer bottom of the inner pot completely dry, put it into the main unit and rotate slightly to ensure tight contact with the heating plate.
Install the silicone sealing gasket firmly into the lid groove. Close and lock the lid until you hear a locking click sound.
Plug the power cord into a grounded wall socket, the digital screen will light up to standby mode.
Select cooking program:

Unplug the power cord if you do not need warm function.
Do not force open the lid instantly: Wait until the float valve drops completely and all internal steam is released. If you need quick pressure release, slowly lift the exhaust valve; keep your face and hands away from high-temperature steam to prevent scalds.
Saute/Bhuna Mode: For stir-frying, pre-frying meat and vegetables; no pressure sealing required for this program.
Cake Mode: Low-temperature baking without high pressure, suitable for sponge cakes.
Steam Mode: Place the steaming rack inside the pot to steam buns, fish and vegetables.
WARM/CANCEL Button: Short press to stop the ongoing program and cancel all settings; long press to activate independent warm preservation mode.
Manual Mode: Customize working time and pressure for self-made recipes.
Only use a qualified grounded socket matching the product rated voltage. Do not share the socket with other high-power appliances.
Unplug the cooker before cleaning, moving, maintenance or long-term idle storage.
Stop using the cooker immediately if the power cord, plug or main shell is cracked, burnt or damaged. Do not operate the cooker with wet hands.
Never immerse the main body, power cord or digital control panel in any liquid.
Strictly abide by the liquid filling limit. Overfilling will cause food overflow and block the exhaust valve, leading to pressure failure risks.
Check the silicone sealing ring, float valve and exhaust hole before every use. Do not start cooking if the gasket is missing, deformed or valve holes are clogged with food residue.
Keep your face, hands and arms far away from the steam exhaust port during cooking and pressure releasing; high-temperature steam can cause severe scald injuries.
Never forcibly open the lid when there is pressure inside the pot. The safety lock will automatically lock the lid under pressure.
Do not place the cooker on flammable surfaces (tablecloth, plastic mat) or near curtains, gas stoves and other heat sources.
Do not leave the cooker unattended while working; keep children and pets away from the unit.
Do not use sharp metal utensils or steel wool to scrub the inner pot, which will scratch the non-stick coating. Only silicone or wooden tools are allowed.
Do not cook sealed canned food directly in the pressure cooker; sealed cans may explode under high pressure.
If food overflows and blocks the exhaust valve during operation, cut off power at once, wait for full pressure release before cleaning all parts.
Do not store leftover food in the inner pot for more than 24 hours. Clean the pot thoroughly after each use.
Take out the inner pot, sealing ring, steam rack, float valve and exhaust cap. Wash all removable parts with warm mild detergent, rinse and dry completely.
Clean the exhaust valve and float valve holes after every use to clear food residue and avoid blockage.
Wipe the heating plate and outer shell of the main unit with a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not pour water directly onto the control panel.
If limescale accumulates on the heating plate, wipe with a cloth dipped in diluted white vinegar, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
