Unpack the pan and remove all packaging materials.
Wash the inner non-stick cooking surface with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Season the pan (optional): Lightly coat the cooking surface with a thin layer of cooking oil, then heat the pan on low for 2–3 minutes. Let it cool and wipe off excess oil.
Place the pan on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power switch is in the “OFF” position before plugging in.
Plug the pan into a grounded electrical outlet.
Select the heat setting (low/medium/high, depending on your model):
Low heat: Simmer sauces, keep food warm, or cook delicate items.
Medium heat: Fry eggs, pancakes, or dumplings.
High heat: Sear meat, fry fish, or boil small amounts of liquid.
Add ingredients to the pan. For best results, use a small amount of oil or butter for frying.
Monitor cooking and stir/flip food as needed. The pan heats quickly, so avoid leaving food unattended.
After cooking, turn the switch to “OFF” and unplug the pan. Let it cool completely before cleaning.
Only use a properly grounded power outlet matching the pan’s voltage rating. Do not use extension cords or share the outlet with other high-power appliances.
Never immerse the pan’s base, handle, or power cord in water. These parts contain electrical components that are not waterproof.
Unplug the pan immediately if the cord is damaged, or if the unit emits smoke, sparks, or strange odors.
The cooking surface and handle become very hot during use. Use oven mitts or tongs to handle food, and avoid touching the pan with bare skin.
Do not use metal utensils (spatulas, forks) on the non-stick surface, as they will scratch and damage the coating. Use heat-resistant silicone or wooden utensils instead.
Do not leave the pan unattended while it is turned on, especially when cooking at high heat.
Do not use the pan outdoors or near water sources (sinks, bathtubs) to avoid electric shock.
Do not place the pan on or near flammable materials (curtains, paper, plastic) while hot.
Do not overfill the pan with food or liquid, as this can cause spills or boil-overs.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the non-stick surface, as they will damage the coating.
Unplug the pan and let it cool completely (at least 30 minutes).
Wipe the cooking surface with a soft sponge or cloth dampened with warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak the pan in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning.
Rinse the pan (only the cooking surface) and dry it thoroughly with a towel.
Wipe the exterior of the pan and handle with a dry cloth. Never immerse the base in water.
