Premium Brushed Stainless Steel Panel, Anti-Fingerprint & Easy Cleaning

The whole cooking surface adopts thick food-grade brushed stainless steel with seamless forming process, featuring anti-fingerprint, anti-rust, scratch-resistant and high temperature resistant performance. Oil splatters, soup residues and food stains can be simply wiped off with a damp cloth without leaving traces. Simple silver metallic texture matches industrial, modern, minimalist and all mainstream kitchen cabinet styles, durable for long-term daily cooking.

Dual Identical High-Power Brass Wok Burners, Synchronous Efficient Cooking

Comes with two symmetrical large wok burners fitted with durable golden brass burner caps that prevent rust and deliver uniform circulating flame. Both burners generate concentrated strong firepower, perfectly suited for fast stir-frying, boiling, deep frying, slow stewing and gentle simmering. You can prepare two different dishes at the same time to greatly shorten meal preparation time, adapting to Asian, Western and all household cooking habits.

Two Independent Metal Rotary Control Knobs, Stepless Precise Flame Regulation

Two separated sleek metal control knobs are arranged below the burners, each knob independently controls one burner. Stepless flame adjustment covers full range from intense high heat for quick frying down to tiny gentle simmer flame for warming food and delicate cooking. Smooth rotary operation brings intuitive, comfortable control experience for cooking novices and experienced chefs alike.

Full Flame Failure Safety Protection on Both Burners, Prevent Gas Leakage

Every burner is fitted with sensitive flameout induction sensor. Once soup overflow, wind or other factors accidentally extinguish the flame, the safety system will automatically cut off gas supply within seconds to stop gas leakage, avoiding gas poisoning and explosion risks, fully protecting family cooking safety. Interchangeable gas nozzles support both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for different regional markets.

Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Four-Claw Pot Supports, Anti-Slip & High Temperature Resistant

Each burner is matched with thickened matte cast iron four-claw pot rack, solid stable structure firmly holds all sizes of woks, frying pans, milk pots and stock pots without sliding during high-heat cooking. The cast iron bracket won’t deform, rust or crack under long-term repeated high-temperature cooking, extending the service life of the whole cooktop.

Dual Installation Mode: Built-in Embedded & Countertop Desktop Placement

Flexible dual-purpose design supports two installation solutions: recessed embedding inside kitchen cabinet or free standing on kitchen countertop. Slim flat body saves valuable counter space, widely applicable to family houses, small apartments, rental kitchens and mini catering back kitchens.

1. Operating Instructions

1.1 Pre-Use Installation & Inspection

  1. This is a built-in gas hob. Cut the counter opening strictly following the official installation size. Reserve at least 15cm clearance between the hob and side cabinets, and a minimum vertical distance of 60cm between the cooktop and range hood.

  2. Connect the gas inlet to the gas supply with a certified gas hose and matched pressure regulator. Tighten all connecting joints firmly.

  3. Gas leakage test: Brush diluted soapy water over all pipe joints and connectors. If bubbles appear, close the main gas valve immediately and re-seal the fittings. Never use open flame to check gas leaks.

  4. Confirm the hob matches your gas type (Natural Gas / LPG). Do not use mismatched gas without professional nozzle replacement.

  5. Assemble cast iron pan supports, enamel burner caps and burner heads in correct position before ignition. Ensure all components are placed flat and stable.

1.2 Ignition & Cooking Steps

  1. Open the main gas supply valve.

  2. Select the control knob for the target burner: Press the knob fully down, rotate counterclockwise to maximum flame position and hold for 3–5 seconds. The built-in pulse igniter will spark to light the burner.

  3. Keep holding the knob for another 3–10 seconds after ignition to activate the flame failure thermocouple. Release the knob slowly only when the flame burns steadily.

  4. Adjust the knob clockwise or counterclockwise to switch between high flame, medium flame and low simmer flame:

    • High flame: For stir-frying, boiling water, deep frying;

    • Low flame: For simmering soup, heating milk and slow cooking.

  5. Place flat-bottom cookware stably on the cast iron pan support. Make sure the pot bottom fully covers the burner to maximize heating efficiency.

  6. Shutdown operation: Rotate the control knob fully clockwise back to OFF position to cut off gas supply. Close the main gas valve after all cooking work is done.

1.3 Post-Cooking Handling

  1. Turn all knobs to OFF and close the main gas valve.

  2. Wait for the stainless steel panel, burners and pan supports to cool completely before cleaning.

  3. Wipe spilled food and oil stains on the panel timely to avoid burnt permanent marks.

2. Safety Precautions

2.1 Gas & Fire Safety

  1. If you smell gas leakage at any time: Shut off the main gas valve instantly, open all doors and windows for ventilation, do not touch any electrical switches (lights, range hood, sockets), and contact professional gas maintenance staff immediately.

  2. Do not place flammable items (towels, plastic bottles, paper, oil cans) on or beside the cooktop. Keep curtains and wooden cabinets far away from the flame range.

  3. Do not spray aerosol paint, insecticide or hair spray near the burning hob; flammable mist may cause flash fire.

  4. Never leave the hob unattended while lit, especially when frying with oil to prevent oil overflow and fire risks. Keep children and pets away from the high-temperature surface.

2.2 Operation Safety

  1. Only use flat, stable cookware. Do not use deformed, thin-bottomed or unbalanced pots and pans.

  2. Do not block air intake gaps around burners. Insufficient air intake will cause incomplete combustion, yellow smoky flame and carbon monoxide hazards.

  3. If the flame is blown out accidentally by wind, the flame failure protection device will automatically cut gas supply. Turn the knob to OFF, wait 5 minutes to exhaust residual gas before re-igniting.

  4. Do not pour cold water directly onto the hot stainless steel panel; sudden temperature change may leave permanent water stains or deformation.

  5. Do not lean heavy objects on control knobs or apply strong pressure on the panel to avoid deformation.

2.3 Electrical & Environmental Safety

  1. The pulse ignition system runs on battery or AC power. Do not touch the ignition electrode with wet hands to avoid electric shock.

  2. Do not install the hob outdoors or in damp spaces (bathrooms, rainy open balconies). Moisture will corrode internal gas valves and ignition components.

  3. This hob is designed for indoor cooking only; never use it for room heating or drying clothes.

3. Maintenance & Repair Guidelines

3.1 Daily Regular Cleaning (Power off & fully cool first)

  1. Wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft damp cloth and mild neutral detergent. For stubborn oil stains, use special stainless steel cleaner. Do not use abrasive steel wool, which will scratch the brushed metal finish.

  2. Remove pan supports, burner caps and burner heads, wash them with warm soapy water to clear oil and food residue, then fully dry before reinstallation. Clogged burner holes cause uneven flame and gas waste.

  3. Clean the ignition electrode and thermocouple with a dry soft brush to remove grease; dirty electrodes will lead to ignition failure.

  4. Wipe control knobs with a slightly damp cloth. Prevent liquid from seeping into the knob base to damage internal gas valves.
