All-in-One Multi-Purpose Cooking
This electric grill pan is your all-in-one kitchen solution! It can roast, fry, sauté, and make pancakes. Perfect for cooking steak, shrimp, fried rice, vegetables, and breakfast eggs, replacing multiple kitchen appliances.
Adjustable Temperature Control
The easy-to-use thermostat lets you precisely control the cooking temperature, from low to high heat. You can slow cook, sear, or fry with the right heat level for every recipe.
Large Non-Stick Cooking Surface
The spacious, food-grade non-stick surface ensures even heat distribution and prevents food from sticking. It requires little to no oil for healthy cooking and is a breeze to clean.
Safe & Comfortable Design
The pan features heat-insulated, anti-scald handles for safe handling while cooking. The sturdy base provides stability, and the detachable power cord makes it easy to clean and store.
Indoor BBQ & Family Gathering Ready
Bring the fun of BBQ indoors! This grill pan lets you enjoy smokeless grilling at home, making it ideal for family dinners, game nights, or small gatherings with friends.
Compact & Portable for Easy Storage
Unlike bulky grills, this electric pan has a slim design that fits easily in kitchen cabinets. It’s lightweight and easy to move from the counter to the dining table for hot pot-style meals.
Unpack & Inspect: Remove all packaging and check the pan, handles, and temperature control unit for damage.
Seasoning (for new pans):
Wash the cooking surface with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Lightly coat the surface with a thin layer of cooking oil.
Heat the pan on low for 2–3 minutes, then turn off and let it cool. Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. This helps protect the non-stick coating.
Set Up: Place the griddle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Plug the temperature control probe into the pan, then connect the power cord to a grounded outlet.
Preheating: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (low, medium, high). The indicator light will turn on. When the light turns off, the pan has reached the target temperature.
Cooking:
Crepes/Pancakes: Pour batter onto the center of the preheated pan and spread it evenly with a spatula. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
Meat/Vegetables: Add a small amount of oil to the pan, then place ingredients directly on the surface. Adjust the temperature as needed to prevent burning.
The non-stick coating requires minimal oil, making it ideal for low-fat cooking.
Adjusting Heat: The temperature control lets you adjust heat levels for different foods (low for warming, medium for eggs/crepes, high for searing meat).
Turning Off: When finished cooking, turn the control knob to "OFF", unplug the power cord, and let the pan cool completely before cleaning.
Electrical Safety
Only use the temperature control unit provided with the griddle. Do not use other heating devices or cords.
Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and water. Never immerse the control unit or power cord in water.
Unplug the griddle before cleaning, assembling, or if it malfunctions.
Usage Safety
The cooking surface, handles, and exterior become very hot during use. Use oven mitts when handling the pan.
Do not use metal utensils (knives, forks, sharp spatulas) on the non-stick surface, as they will scratch the coating. Use heat-resistant silicone or wooden tools.
Do not place the griddle on or near flammable materials (curtains, paper, plastic).
Never leave the griddle unattended while it is on.
Surface Safety
Do not use abrasive sponges, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners on the non-stick surface, as they will damage the coating.
Avoid dropping heavy objects on the pan to prevent warping or cracking.
Cleaning After Use
Wait for the pan to cool completely. Remove the temperature control probe before cleaning.
Wipe the cooking surface with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn food residue, use a non-abrasive cleaner or baking soda paste.
Wash the red handles and base with warm, soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
Wipe the temperature control probe with a dry cloth; never immerse it in water.
Storage
Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
Store the griddle in a cool, dry place. To protect the non-stick coating, place a paper towel between the pan and any stacked items.
Long-Term Care
Re-season the pan every few months (or after deep cleaning) by applying a thin layer of oil and heating it on low for 2 minutes. This helps maintain the non-stick properties.
