Prep the Unit
Unwind the power cord fully and wipe the cooking plate with a clean, damp cloth. Dry it completely.
For first use, lightly coat the non-stick surface with a thin layer of cooking oil and preheat for 2–3 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. This “seasoning” helps prevent sticking.
Preheat
Plug into a suitable wall outlet. Press the red power switch to turn on; the unit will start heating immediately.
Wait about 30–60 seconds (or until the surface is hot enough for batter to sizzle on contact).
Cook Your Food
Hold the handle and dip the hot plate into your prepared batter (or pour a small amount onto the plate, then tilt to spread evenly).
Cook for 10–20 seconds (adjust based on batter thickness) until the crepe/tortilla/pancake is set and lightly golden.
Use a soft spatula to gently lift and remove the food. No flipping is needed for most thin recipes.
After Use
Unplug the unit immediately and let it cool completely before cleaning or storing.
Electrical Safety
Never use the appliance with a damaged cord, plug, or if it has been dropped or malfunctioned. Contact customer service for repairs.
Keep the cord away from hot surfaces, sharp edges, or water. Do not let it hang over the edge of counters where it can be pulled.
Always unplug when not in use, before cleaning, or if problems occur.
Burn & Fire Hazards
The cooking plate gets extremely hot during use. Do not touch the surface, and keep the unit out of reach of children.
Never leave the appliance unattended while plugged in or hot.
Do not place on flammable surfaces (e.g., plastic tablecloths) or near stoves, open flames, or water sources like sinks.
Cooking Safety
Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick surface—this will scratch the coating. Only use heat-resistant silicone or wooden spatulas.
Do not cut food directly on the cooking plate.
Avoid using cooking sprays (they can damage the non-stick coating over time); use a light wipe of oil instead.
Cleaning After Each Use
Ensure the unit is unplugged and fully cool before cleaning.
Wipe the cooking plate with a soft, damp cloth or paper towel. For stubborn residue, use a small amount of mild dish soap on a non-abrasive sponge, then wipe clean.
Do not immerse the entire unit in water or put it in the dishwasher—this will damage the electrical components.
Regular Care
Inspect the power cord and plug periodically for wear or damage. If frayed, stop use immediately.
Store in a dry, cool place, away from moisture. Keep the handle and cord loosely coiled to avoid kinks.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or metal brushes on the non-stick surface.
